The solution for perfect looking feet

We all would love to have beautiful feet, but how do we get it?  We've tried numerous expensive foot creams, prescribed creams and yet nothing seems to work.  Do you have a problem with corns, calluses, or dryness?  Well here is my personal fave! 

Castor oil!!  Not only is it good for growing amazing long lashes and eyebrows..but amazing for cracked, dry feet and corns!  You can get it from a health food store or a high end store such as "Whole Foods".

Apply 1-2 a day.... I love applying it after a shower and before bed.  You can wear cotton socks  overnight for extra effectiveness. 

If you have extremely dry feet, apply a mashed banana mixed with a little honey on the dry areas, let it sit for 10 minutes and then rinse.  Then use a pumice stone to remove any leftover dead skin then apply castor oil.

Tea tree oil benefits!

Tea tree oil is incredible.  It's much better to use as anti-fungal treatments then what you get from the doctors- in my personal opinion.  If you don't already have it, you may want to run out and grab it!  Benefits?  Well my personal faves would be:

Great as a foot soak.  Everyday, soaking your feet in warm water with drops of tea tree oil is a major treat!  Not only is it very relaxing but it fights bacteria from wearing your shoes all day while warding off any odour as well, bonus!  Make sure to put a little castor oil on your feet after to replenish any moisture loss as tea tree is very drying.  Nothing uglier then dry feet!

Another great use is the area "below".   You know what i'm talkin bout!  lol... well at least you better know.  Anyways, washing below with a cloth, tea tree infused water... excellent!  Or even using it as a bath oil.  Once again, fights off any bacteria, keeps you smelling fresh and goodbye any bacterial or yeast infections.  Yep!!  It's that easy...  pfft like I have any of those probs.  I'm perfect!  :D

Why everyone needs Virgin Coconut Oil in their kitchen

I find that Virgin Coconut Oil is the most important thing everyone needs to have!  Where to buy it?  Grocery stores!!  Surprised?  Here is what I particularly find it handy for.

1.  Great ingredient for smoothies.  Not only does it give it some delicious flavour but this oil is used by Supermodels, people that are trying to lose weight, and i'm sure probably your next-door neighbour!  Don't be scared that it's fattening.  It's NOT!  Major misconception that people need to become aware that this is actually very healthy for you.  You can have up to 3 tbs a day for females or 4 if you're male.

2.  Razorburn.  Before shaving apply this 10 minutes before shaving to prevent those nasty red marks after shaving.

3.  Deep conditioner.  Apply to dry hair the night before, sleep with it in, then wash twice the next day.  Nice shiny hair!

4.  Leave in conditioner.  A tiny little amount at the ends of the hair does wonders! 

5.  Moisturizer for face and body.  No, it doesn't clog your pores.  Helps with itchiness, dryness, helps with even people with oily skin, even skin disorders like Eczema.

6.  Oil for popcorn instead of hydrogenated oils. 

7.  Cooking oil.

8.  Super healthy for animals.  I like mixing a little in my dogs food bowl once a day. 

9.  Applying a tiny amount on animals coat when it's dull and lacks lustre. 

10.  Great for babies as a moisturizer as well!  Super harmless, you really need a super tiny amount.

Chocolate peanut butter smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup skim milk or 1%  
  • 2 tablespoons all natural smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, melted dark chocolate or carob powder
  • 2 teaspoons of flaxseed

Blend!
